Lake Argyle

after leaving Timber Ck we head for WA, we are well ahead of schedule so decide to go into Kununurra before heading out to Lake Argyle. We stock up with a few essentials such as fuel,bread,milk and ice. The drive in takes us about 1hr and when we finally see the lake it is a truly magnificent site, the park is also first class so we decide to extend our stay by an extra day

On our first night we sit to watch the sunset with cheese & bickies and of course our bottle of special red

2nd day we travel down to the dam wall where there is a really nice picnic area and a place for me to try some fishing, no luck but sure beats work.

after returning to camp we venture up to the pool for a swim it is fresh but who cares in this heat and the view is to die for
